Delete Your Fahem Account
You can permanently delete your Fahem account and personal data. Here's what gets removed, what we have to keep, and how to request it.
What gets deleted
Your profile and business information: your name, phone number, email address, saved addresses, logo/profile photo, and saved preferences. After deletion you can no longer sign in, and your profile is removed from Fahem.
What we keep, and why
By law we keep order and transaction records for the period required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. These are disconnected from your profile so they no longer identify you. Everything is removed once the applicable retention period ends.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@fahemstore.com and include the phone number on your account (the number you sign in with). We'll verify it's you and permanently delete your account within 30 days of confirming your request.

يمكنك حذف حسابك على فاهم وبياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا. إليك ما الذي يتم حذفه، وما الذي نحتفظ به، وكيفية طلب الحذف.
ما الذي يتم حذفه
ملفك الشخصي وبيانات نشاطك التجاري: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، العناوين المحفوظة، الشعار/الصورة الشخصية، وتفضيلاتك المحفوظة. بعد الحذف لن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول، وسيُحذف ملفك من فاهم.
ما الذي نحتفظ به، ولماذا
وفقًا للقانون، نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والمعاملات للمدة المطلوبة لأغراض المحاسبة والضرائب وتسوية النزاعات. هذه السجلات لا ترتبط بملفك الشخصي ولا تُعرّف بهويتك، ويتم حذفها بالكامل بعد انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ القانونية.
كيفية طلب الحذف
راسلنا على support@fahemstore.com مع ذكر رقم الهاتف المسجل في حسابك (نفس الرقم الذي تسجّل به الدخول). سنتحقق من هويتك ونحذف حسابك نهائيًا خلال 30 يومًا من تأكيد طلبك.
